Bella – 2yrs – Female – SBT X

Beautiful Bella is the very definition of “just a baby”! She is a sweet, loveable Staffie X who simply lives for cuddles. As soon as Bella sees you, she gently approaches you with her gorgeous big eyes desperately looking for a whole lot of fuss, leaning her body into you as it happens. Bella initially found our kennel environment stressful, and took her a couple of days to find her confidence and settle into the routine going on around her. Bella isn’t highly motivated by food at this time, potentially as part of the adjustment period from being with us, but she is known to eat well. She loves a comfy bed, and when greeted, always welcomes you with a waggy tail. For Bella, new things can be a little overwhelming, she simply requires some patience and understanding, and a whole lot of love, and we know she will find her confidence. Bella has even given us a glimpse into her playful side, particularly chasing toys when thrown for her. We fully anticipate this behaviour will only grow as she feels happy in her home. We believe Bella could potentially live with children of a primary school age, but would prefer not to live with any cats. Further testing would need to be undertaken to confirm whether Bella can live with other dogs, but initial meetings have been positive. As part of your adoption, new dog owners are entitled to a free five-week course of dog training classes, which Bella would benefit from participating in.
