Milo – 5yrs – Male

Please allow us to introduce you to Milo, a strikingly handsome Lionhead rabbit looking for a new home with a female companion. Although Milo isn’t initially keen on people entering his space, his curiosity takes over and he always comes back to have a little look at what you are up to (and will sometimes allow a stroke too!). Milo is a patient and tolerant boy when it comes to being handled, but prefers not to be handled if it can be avoided. Milo is a big fan of his food, and although doesn’t feel comfortable to be hand-fed at this time, will always come and find food enthusiastically. He enjoys any and all space he is given so that he can run freely, and is certainly happy to make a space his own, moving around his enrichment and toys as he pleases. Milo loves to play with a cardboard tube, or particularly enjoying foraging in a hay filled box with secret treats hidden inside. We’re looking for a home where Milo will have a female friend to bond with, and that has plenty of things for him to do, and lots of space to explore. We believe Milo could live indoors or outdoors, as long as these important criteria’s are met. Milo could live with understanding primary school aged children. We would actively encourage any potential adopters to do their own research into the Lionhead breed prior to adoption, to ensure they are aware of any specific needs of the breed.
