Edamame & Matcha – under 12mts – Various

This sweet duo are Edamame and Matcha, a nervous brother and sister duo who are still finding their feet. Since Edamame and Matcha have been with us they have slowly been building their confidence, which we hope will continue with a patient, calm, understanding family. Edamame is more confident than Matcha, showing herself to be curious about the comings and goings of our cattery and observing closely whenever anyone goes past. Matcha follows Edamame’s lead, and looks to his sister for reassurance. Both cats are slowly coming around to the idea of fuss; Edamame so far showing more interest than Matcha and has enjoyed some tummy rubs. They enjoy playing together, either with toys or chasing each other, and have tentatively played with humans too. They also both very much enjoy their food, and are always ready for the next meal time. Due to their nervous nature, we’re looking for a quiet, calm home with either adults only or older, understanding secondary school aged children. Edamame and Matcha would need to be the only furry friends in the home, and would benefit from having their own safe space with lots of cosy beds and hideouts to settle into their new surroundings before exploring the wider home. In time, we would like them to have access to an outdoor space, but only when they are confident and comfortable in their home. We’d love to find the perfect forever after for this beautiful pair of cats!
