Jess – 12yrs – Female

This wonderful girl is Jess, an older lady who still has plenty of spirit and looking for a cosy home to make her own. She can initially be a nervous girl, cautiously adjusting to her new surroundings by watching from a safe place, however, once Jess is comfortable, you see her confidence grow. She absolutely loves to lounge and sun bathe, finding the warmiest and comfiest spot available. Jess is comfortable with affection but requires from patience whilst she adjusts to the idea of being approached for strokes. Jess will tell you when she is finished with affection, and will find her next comfy spot to snooze and watch the world go by. We haven’t seen particularly playful behaviours from Jess whilst she has been with us, but this is something that could develop when in a home if she feels comfortable. We believe Jess would suit a where she is the only furry friend, and living with only adults. Jess will need access to an outdoor space, but is likely to spend more time inside. Jess has an ongoing health condition that we would be happy to discuss with any potential adopters.
